Wrote a proof-of-concept ransomware to compromise and exfiltrate data from a target system, using AES encryption, Metasploit, Python scripting, and Wireshark/system-log analysis to study the full kill chain.
I'm a Security Analyst at CBH Group, after starting there as a Security & DBA intern and working a stretch as a ServiceNow Administrator. BSc in Computer Science and Cybersecurity from the University of Western Australia.
Day-to-day I work across detection engineering, vulnerability management, and security automation — wiring SIEM, EDR, and ITSM tooling together so analysts spend less time on toil.
I'm a developer at heart. CS coursework taught me Python, Java, and C; my side projects run on JavaScript, Node.js / Express, React Native (Expo), and Firebase. I've shipped intelligent agents using Bayesian inference and PPO reinforcement learning, and I lean on code to make security work scale. This site itself is Next.js + Tailwind with a small LLM backend you can chat with above.
Outside of work I tinker with home-lab security, build mobile and web side projects, and break things in CTF-style labs.

Built a cross-platform mobile app with React Native + Expo and Firebase to help users track and share invisible household mental load. Full writeup on my blog.
Designed a high-performing intelligent agent for the social-deduction game The Resistance using probabilistic models and reinforcement learning. Achieved tournament win-rates above 60%.
Built both a hand-crafted rules-based agent and a PPO reinforcement-learning agent for Gym Super Mario Bros using Stable Baselines, comparing their performance across levels.
